Save Money & Increase Sales
Back in the day, long before the internet and social media, promoting a business was easy. You advertised in the Yellow Pages, you advertised in the newspaper or you advertised on the radio.
It cost some money, but you could count on the fact that people were going to look in the phone book when they needed to find a product or service and if you had the budget to do all three, you could just about guarantee that your business would capture your target market.
Things are different today. With so many ways for customers to look for information and connect with your business, it's essential that your marketing efforts are directed to where your customers are looking.
This month's Coffee Buzz topic is "How to Promote Your Business in 2017."
We're going to talk about how to save money and increase sales by fine tuning your marketing efforts.
We're going to look at online tools like social media, old school tools like advertising, and hybrid activities like collaborations and events. We're also going to brainstorm some ideas to improve how and where you connect with your target customers.
- Facebook vs. LinkedIn
- Paid Search & Online Ads
- Old School Print Ads (newspapers, magazines, direct mail)
- Collaboration & Events
Join us Tuesday, December 6th, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM for an open discussion about how to promote your business in 2017.
We've had some great discussions this year and I expect this month's topic will provide the best information we've had yet.
