Two New Events from Buzz Media

by Pat Hammond on Wednesday, October 31, 2018

It's hard to believe, but it's been a year since I've hosted a networking event and now I've got two.

Just in time for open enrollment, the first event is a Brown Bag Lunch and Learn from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 27th at Gateway Hils in Nashua.

The event is hosted by the NH Business Directory and will feature guest speaker Tim Hirsch from Planstin.

Tim's going to talk about alternative insurance - there are a lot more choices than what you see on the exchange.

  • Out of Pocket Costs
  • Deductibles
  • Co-Pays

He's also going to answer your questions about the real cost of coverage and show you how to compare coverage to find the best plan for your family and budget.

Open enrollment for entrepreneurs and small business employees can be very confusing when you don't have a human resource department to walk you through it.

Bring your own lunch or come a few minutes early to grab something from the onsite cafe.  (Right next to the meeting room!)

This is a free, informational event.  No sales pitches.

NOTE: This is a large facility.  Be sure to enter through the Welcome Center entrance and follow the signs to the Enterprise Conference Room.

The second event is a joint networking event from Queen City Buzz, 603 Networking and WBC Office Suites on Wednesday, December 5th, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at the WBC office, 1087 Elm Street, Manchester.

This is a great opportunity to network, share referrals, and check out the newly renovated co-working space at WBC Office Suites.  (See How to Improve Your Professional Image in 1 Easy Step for details)

If you're tired of working from home or trudging off to the local coffee shop every time you need to meet a client, WBC's co-working space is a great option.

They offer monthly and daily rates for desk space as well as hourly and daily rates for conference rooms.

This will be an open networking event so bring your business cards and calendar for scheduling one-on-ones.

The doors open at 5:30 PM, food and beverages are available downstairs at Penuche's Music Hall,

There is plenty of on-street parking.

Note: WBC does not have a sign.  The front entrance is to the right of Penuche's, it's the single door under the black awning. - We'll hang a flyer so you can't miss it.  (See the bee on the flyer)

I am super excited to have both of these events on the calendar.

If you'd like to attend either event, be sure to RSVP soon.
